  1. Man this is so real and so true. We all have this struggle inside our head sometimes.
    Its so important that we tell ourselves the right stuff and positive stuff everyday, constantly reminding of ourselves where we wanna go in life, what kind of lifestyle that we want, and stay committed to it until it come to pass. I decided not to let my mind go against me. I wake up everyday and I recite my affirmations and imagine in my mind that i have attained my goals. Day by day, the negative voices in my head getting softer and weaker. I encourage anyone who is reading this to try for at least 21 days, because it takes 21 days to form a habit.

  2. This is so meaningful 5 minutes 48 seconds of my day. And the best part is, I know for sure that this exact 5 minutes and 48 seconds event is gonna repeat in the next 24 hours.
